Programs
As part of the Incubator, the Local development agency Matica runs 4 programs:
Pre-incubation is a process during which teams or individuals get support with the aim of implementing their business idea and turning it into a sustainable entrepreneurial venture. Pre-incubation is considered as a period needed for development of an entrepreneurial idea, preparation and registration of a business. The program last at least 1 month up to 6 months max.
Incubation is a period of growth and development of entrepreneurs within the Incubator. Participants/users of the incubation program are entitled to subsidized rent of premises and use of services in the Incubator during the first four years. The incubation period can last up to max 5 (five) years starting with signing the contract for the use of premises and services in the Incubator.
Acceleration program is intended for the Incubator members and other entrepreneurs with product/services development closely linked to the innovative solutions and/or technologies offering added value to the improvement of the Knin tourist and business offer. The program lasts one year.
Upon finishing the incubation program, the entrepreneurs can continue their business in the Incubator premises and enjoy the post-incubation support, but at the commercial terms, and provided there are unoccupied premises available. Even the entrepreneurs who have not participated in the incubation program within the Incubator can join the post-incubation program.
